To address two critical issues in slurry dewatering—the insufficient pressure output of traditional slurry pumps and excessive energy consumption in coal-washing and calcium-carbide slag applications—our technical team conducted detailed on-site investigations to understand material characteristics and filtration requirements. Based on these findings, we developed a high-flow, high-pressure, energy-saving vertical plunger pump engineered specifically for easy-dewatering slurries.

This vertical plunger pump maximizes energy efficiency while maintaining strong performance. The pump body undergoes specialized material processing and heat treatment to enhance wear resistance in abrasive slurry environments, significantly extending the service life of key components and ensuring stable, reliable long-term operation.
