A manual hydraulic pump is a hydraulic power unit that uses a fluid medium such as hydraulic oil, saponified oil, or water. Most manual hydraulic pumps adopt a horizontal plunger design, while ultra-high-pressure manual pumps generate high pressure through a double-acting plunger conversion mechanism.
Ultra-high-pressure manual hydraulic pumps are widely used in shipbuilding, coal mining machinery, petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power, heavy machinery, and other industries due to their simple structure, portability, strong safety performance, and stable pressure output. These pumps have also gained broad application in foundation settlement tests and static pile pressing.
Our current ultra-high-pressure manual hydraulic pump fully meets market requirements, with working pressures ranging from 70 to 200 MPa, and features:
- Built-in pressure-relief valve to prevent overload;
- Safety release valve to protect the pump from pressure spikes;
- Two-stage flow design providing low-pressure, high-flow output during no-load operation (2.3 ml), and high-pressure, low-flow output during loaded operation (12.5 ml);
These features enable constant-power operation, allowing rapid no-load advancement and improved efficiency during pressure boosting under load.
